Protecting your Eyes

We all spend quite a bit of time investing in our health, diet, skin, and hair. Our eyes give us access to the world, and there are some simple things you can do to protect your sight.  Some basic tips; 1) Talk to your family about eye conditions, as many may have a hereditary component, 2) Obtain regular eye exams with your ophthalmologist, 3) Protect your eyes from UV damage with sunglasses and debris with protective lenses, 4) Practice vigorous contact lens hygiene, 5) Stop smoking and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
