Prescription Refill Requests
Our goal is to make prescription renewals simple and reliable. Requests are reviewed by our clinical team between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing so your physician has time to review your record and ensure the refill is appropriate.
If you’re running low on medication, you can submit your refill request online or contact our office directly.
We appreciate your patience—our physicians review every request personally to maintain the highest level of care.
Insurance, Billing and Payment Information
We believe every patient deserves access to high-quality eye care. Our practice participates with most major insurance plans and accepts Medicare assignment. To keep billing clear and transparent, co-pays and non-covered fees are collected at the time of service.

Insurance Coverage and Policies
Please bring your insurance card with you along with your photo identification. It is very important for you to bring your current insurance card each visit and to inform us if there has been any change in your coverage or in your address. As changes may occur in the plans that we accept, please confirm our acceptance at the time you make an appointment.
We will make every effort to verify your coverage prior to your appointment, yet we cannot guarantee coverage of services by your insurance company. We encourage all patients to check insurance coverage prior to their appointment. Our staff can assist with any questions about eligibility or accepted plans.
